Chronology of Art

A Beijinger,born in Shandong Province in 1958, a famous sculpturer, artist who is the designer for "Jiujun" sculpture group in The 2nd Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, Beijing Exhibition Center main entrance sculpture, Beijing Film Studio emblem mark, and Beijing World Park 80% sculpture. He created 16 statues of Chinese famous merchant of past ages for CCTV documentary " Chinese Merchant ". His works have been exhibited in the US, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, Peru, Kazakhstan and other countries and is regarded as the first person of hores sculpturing, who has made outstanding contributions to the cultural and artistic exchanges between China and other countries. Tian Yuemin is a contract artist of Shanghai Mycenae Artwork Co.,Ltd.

 2018.02.13, invited to join in "Vision of Chinese Dream—World Trip of Art, Tian Yue Min Sculpture Exhibition" in Santa fe Bogota, the capital of Colombia. The exhibition was cosponsored by The Chinese embassy in Columbia, Confucius Institute, Colombia trade promotion council, TADEO University, Columbia - China chamber of commerce, co-organized by Shanghai Mycenae Art Co. Ltd.

2018.01.01 invited to join in The Night of Classic Famous Hits charity concert which is sponsored by Hong Kong Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, co-organized by Hong Kong Melody of Hope Children's Charitable Foundation, supported by Hong Kong Musicians Association and London College of Music

2017.12.08 invited to join in Miami International China Art Festival and China the Belt and Road Miami international cultural exchange celebration which is cosponsored by Universal Chinese Magazine and The US Chinese cultural Renaissance foundation

2017.09  Invited to participate in Chinese art exhibition, EXPO 2017 Astana, the sculpture made by Tian Yuemin won the gold medal

 2016.10   In October 2016, participated in the Inauguration Ceremony for the bronze statue of Japan's former prime minister Yukio Hatoyama created by Tian Yuemin in Tokyo Hatoyama hall, which was cosponsored by Japan Huishang Association, Tokyo's new school of painting and and Shanghai Mycenae Artwork Co., Ltd.

2009   Completed over a thousand pieces of sculptures including traditional figures such as Confucius;

2008    Completed “16 famous businessman of China”for a large scale documentary “Chinese Businessman”of CCTV;

2008    Designed and completed commissioned work for Beijing Film Studio and  Central News Studio;

2008    Completed Yang Zhongli, a world’s top 500 enterprises in Malaysia and  Mr Liu Chang Le, the president of Hong Kong Phoenix TV;

1999    Restored a group sculptures installed above the front gate of the Beijing Exhibition Hall;

1991    Complete Aiusin Gioro Pujie's bust;

1991    Artwork Dream was awarded “extraordinary achievement”by Beijing’s CCP anniversary committee during his further education at Chinese Central Art Academy; Completed I Want To Join The Red Army for An   Yuan Museum;

1990-1991   Studied sculpture with Qian Shaowu in the 4th Studio in China Central  Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing; Became a key artist to produce a great  majority of sculptures and modelled buildings in the building of “Beijing    World Park”;

1989  Completed  project Talk Between Sun and Li and The May 30th  Movement for the Museum of Chinese Revolution;

1986   Completed sculpture “Tunnel Warfare”and a multi-medium installation  for The Chinese people's Anti-Japanese War memorial hall; Assigned to Museum of Chinese Revolution (now National Museum of China) as  staff sculptor;

1984   Worked with Pan He, Cheng Yunxian and Guo Qixiang as sole assistant in  the creation of Peace, which was installed in Nagasaki Park, Japan;

1982   Studied under and assisted Cheng Yunxian, a famous sculptor, until 1986

1978-1982   Studied oil painting at Shangdong Qufu Normal University;

1958     Tian Yuemin was born in Shangdong, China;
